Ordered this afternoon, worn tonight: Centrepoint Express

Landmark Group –

Three Centrepoint app screens: the Express home, a product promising delivery today by 7 PM, and an order confirmed to arrive today by 6:45 PM

Overview

Buying clothes online usually means waiting for them. I designed Express, which gets Centrepoint shoppers their order the same day: the first step towards fast delivery in every territory Centrepoint serves.

A promise you can plan around

Fast delivery only changes how people shop if they trust it. So the design keeps one promise in view from the first tap to the doorstep.

One switch on the home screen turns the app into the Express store, so shoppers browse only its catalogue, with no filters to set and no guessing which items qualify.

“4–6 hours” sells the service, but it’s only a range, and nobody plans their evening around one. So every product shows a more accurate time instead: “Get it today by 7:00 PM”.

That time then follows the shopper through the shipping options to the order confirmation, so the promise they saw on the product is the one they’re held to at checkout.

What’s next

Express will reach more areas and, over time, every Centrepoint territory. Next it comes to other Landmark Group brands, starting with Home Centre.
